The BOLTS

Established in 2020, the Bolts Hockey Academy was a proud member of the premier youth hockey league in Alberta, the Hockey Super League (HSL) where we played for 3 seasons. The HSL was created to provide an opportunity for players to participate in a privately-operated program with the goal of developing high level hockey players and creating leaders both on and off the ice. New for the 2023/2024 season the Bolts Hockey Academy will be joining the Premier Hockey League to continue our program in the U15 major division. 

Hockey is an ever-evolving game, and it is important that players and coaches continue to adapt and change to stay at the forefront of the game. With a focus on increased practice time to allow for enhanced player and skill development, the Academy delivers the highest quality individual and team results and maximizes the development of its athletes. Bolts Hockey Academy also recognizes the importance of the complete growth of its players, which is why off ice development will play a huge role in our program. We focus on instilling and reinforcing healthy lifestyle choices, physical conditioning along with mental preparation which are pertinent skills in sport, and in life.
